Hi! I’m Dr. Bre Ford
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Pennsylvania. As an MFT, I believe in “systemic” counseling - that is, that every member of the family affects and influences the whole family. I believe in working with all members of the family, particularly when working with children and teens, so that everyone can understand and support one another. Many children and teens have struggled academically, socially and emotionally following the pandemic and the challenges of the world we live in today.
I am here to provide a safe space, as well as evidence-based interventions to help your child achieve their goals. No matter the age, the problem they face, and no matter where they are in their journey, I want to help them become their best selves.

Is your child nervous to start therapy? No problem! It is totally normal for kids and teens to feel unsure of therapy and resistant to the process. I am always happy to take therapy as slowly as we need to. Parents are welcome to stay in the room until your child feels ready to have 1-on-1 time. I am also happy to meet with them first for a quick Zoom or phone call, so they can meet me. I like for therapy to be a comfortable, safe, positive experience for children.
